Are you supposed to leave out a shaft seal when doing a duel feed correct? What else do I need to know when rebuilding It that's different from normal rebuild?

You guys have this all wrong. Buy the property. Find the biggest baddest garage with lift, enough room for 5 to 6 cars or more. Everything you can think of to go in the garage. Then put a tent beside it to live in.
