    Front brake calipers vs....

Two items, have the pads/shoes been bedded? And is the M/C the correct bore? Having either of those not being correct will cause a marginal braking system. RemoveBeforeFlight

    FRAME difference

IIRC, it has been awhile, but the TB frame has an additional/larger rear cross-member brace. This is the area directly above the rear wheels where the upper trailing arms mount. RemoveBeforeFlight

    Oil left in pan?

Drill a small hole through the bung. Place the inside of pan side of hole close to the bottom of the pan. Then the inner end of the hole above where the drain plug seals on the bung. RemoveBeforeFlight

    No Crank issue

If this is your '87 GN, there is no P/N safety switch. It is done via a mechanical interlock in the column itself. The white box at the base of the column provides for a backup lights switch. And sends a P/N signal to the ECM for idle control functionality. RemoveBeforeFlight

    No Crank issue

If you can turn the key to the start position, the P/N safety interlock is working OK. There is no P/N safety switch, it is via a steering column mechanical interlock. So if the key goes to the crank position, the column is good to go. RemoveBeforeFlight

It works, used a stud with some blue locktite on it. Then a nut and washer. Makes it much easier to R&R the sensor. RemoveBeforeFlight

    Venting Gas Tank

I have no idea of what you are trying to say. The fact remains that a factory CCP setup can neither pressurize or apply a vacuum to the gas tank. There is no one-way check valve in the CCP system. It is open to the atmosphere. RemoveBeforeFlight

    Venting Gas Tank

The charcoal canister system is open. It can neither pressurize or apply a vacuum to the gas tank. Note the open bottom with the filter on it. As for the gas cap, it is vented to allow air into the tank. And not let fuel out via a one-way valve. RemoveBeforeFlight
