I have been going to the local parts store and getting a case of brake cleaner. If I buy a case they typically sell it to me for 50% off the individual can price on the shelf. I use 6-8 cans in my PTE SLIC and put the remaining cans on the shelf.

A gauge is needed to monitor fuel pressure, or a pressure transducer in conjunction with powerlogger. If your not getting a 1:1 pressure increase with each PSI of boost you could run very lean. You don't want to be lean under boost. I had a bad coil pack on my 86 and it would start to break...

In addition to what TexasT mentioned to check, are you monitoring fuel pressure? Are you getting the correct 1:1 pressure increase with each PSI of boost? What fuel pump? How old is the pump? Fuel filter fresh?
