Ha, I know that. I am upgrading my alternator and I read for the first time that you can adjust what position the alternator is internally. I searched re-clocking alternator and I found the attached article. Is re clocking something that is needed? or is this still a dumb question?

Finally getting back into my 85 ttype. I am very rusty since I have not tinkered with it for years. I put a new battery on and had my friend check the starter and alternator at napa. The Charging Test showed 15.76 Volts. Is this bad? If the alternator needs replaced what size should I go...

Sorry for double post.

I found an old fuel rail for an 85 Turbo Regal and the Shrator Valve thing is broken off. Can I just thread the openeing and put a brass piece of some sort on it to hook up to a fuel gauge? Or should I just though it out?

can you find the fittings at most Auto Places Napa etc?

Can it be done? The line itself is good but the fittings are leaking on one end.
