I recently updated the Vampire unit, adding a rev limiter. To install, no wires are cut or intercepted. The three "control wires" splice into the factory coil signal wires. I posted a demo video a couple days ago:

I think the misfires were causing engine noise due to uneven firing events. This probably caused engine noise that was interpreted as knock. I don't see how fresh plugs can clean up real knock.

Bill: Can you quantify the gains made since you started tuning for the knocking cylinder?
