Header was repaired recently, I will check it again but don't hear anything.

Got some more numbers after driving the car shortly, this time all of a sudden at 162 the numbers changed 02s all over the place as normal AF 4 L8 27 Int 160 BL 142 Clt 162 Vac leak? with the BL at 142?

Car has been running great. Went out to start it after a week and it is not idling right. When you start it, the rpms goes up higher than normal (02s normal at this point for my car 380-402ish), then the idle drops low and the car struggles to keep running and 02s are constant around 290...

I'd buy new ones if you are going to take them off. Its only a matter of time before they crumble, and why do the job twice. Bumper takes less than ten mins to get off, and on, its not that bad job at all. Even if they are in good condition, you never know how long they will last.

Block is standard bore and fine, just the block all apart already, no cracks-was just looking for the value, no interest in building a 4.1L, I'll stick with the 109's :cool:

Part number on this block is 25505553......Any good?....According to GNTTYPE.ORG its a 1980-84 RWD Buick Block 4.1L

Does anybody know what the value of a 4.1 production buick block should be? It is not a stage block or anything, just a 4.1L block. Thanks

it is another issue but lets call it what it is, they make a pretty good fuel pressure regulator, and I do agree-I wouldn't use a TB from them on my cars

Hi, I will try to get a picture for you. The fuel pressure should be set at 43. The tt chip comes with excellent instuctions that explains everything. I believe you need a 160 stat. I would put in a new 340 though before you start increasing the fp

the regulator that is on the car is a 233. The 237 came on FWD buicks and the TTA. Also the problem was not with the Accufab regulator. It was screws backing out of the throttle blade on their throttle bodies. I would get an accufab regulator, never had a problem with either one on both...

also had problems on 2 different cars. Thought maybe it was the first car, took it back off, and kept it then tried it on the other same reults. It went back and now there is a metco style one on the car
