Thanks. Yeah I’m not looking for performance upgrades as I want to keep the car close to original. Yes they all still work fine.

I’d like to keep it original and not convert to vac. I’ve got a backup Powermaster sitting around for the day it decides to crap out. In 10 years of ownership I’ve yet to have a problem with it

Thanks. I’m certain these are still original, with 19k miles.

Fuel pump was replaced in 2010 with a standard AcDelco. I am having the valve cover gaskets and rear main seal replaced, along with fuel filter, brake fluid and coolant flush. Trying to figure out what else I should have done as preventative maintenance while it’s at the shop.

At what point do some items need to be replaced simply due to age? Such as fuel injectors, fuel pump, radiator? Or other fuel and cooling system parts?

Looking for GN mechanic in Chicago

John Orlowski in Crystal Lake. I’ve had no luck with Rick either. Sounds like you didn’t have a good experience with SP. I’m not looking for electrical, more mechanical in terms of oil leaks. Would you recommend them for that?

Looking for GN mechanic in Chicago

Bumping this old thread because I didn’t find anything more recent. I got a referral from my previous post years ago who was fantastic, but when I called to schedule him again I found out he passed away. So I’m looking for anyone still working on these cars in the area. Thanks.

Thanks guys. Appreciate the support, I think I'm priced very fair for this low miles. Thanks for the offer, sounds like a great car! but I have my eye on a ZL1.

Yes, all hoses and clamps have been upgraded with carbon fiber. Turbo has been replaced with one from a Cummins motor.
