Take the # 1 spark plug out and turn the crank bolt with a ratchet and socket. 1 1/8 bolt I believe. Put your finger on the spark plug hole until you feel pressure and watch your timing mark and line it up 25 ATC. That’s your initial setup

The ECM just slides out of the panel. There is a small panel in the back a little bigger than a chip. Be careful removing the chip. Unplug the orange connector at the battery before removing the chip. Also, if you have the chip tuned to your combo or if you tweaked it, then the tune will be lost...
