Casper's Field Fix dead battery solution

I agree, but I have flexible circuit board issues due to age (1982) and I do not believe a bad flex board can make the Circuit, even if it has a good bulb and resistor. A good back up in case you’ve got a T that may have an aging circuit board but still drivable nevertheless.

Casper's Field Fix dead battery solution

I’ve got an 87 motor and trans in a 82 Regal that is badged like an 87 turbo T. I do not have any history on the car. I did not do the swap or wiring so I am beyond happy the field fix solved my dead battery condition!

Casper's Field Fix dead battery solution

Out of nowhere my 82' T Clone left me stranded at the liquor store with a "dead battery". I got a jump start and thought "all is good". About a mile down the road, no power steering, engine dies, pull to the side of the road. Another jump, and now I'm 100 yards before she dies. Okay, this...

    Red Top Injector ID

The injectors are the on the 82 T clone I have been working on and trying to have all the bugs worked out by summer. I don't have any history on the car, but from the magnacore wires and the "Kenne Bell Pro" chip, Dynotech stickers and Kenne Bell cone filter, I've come to the conclusion she...

I’m sure a guru recognizes this Red top injector pound#? Search engine in the forum points to 30 pound Ford injectors, but I’d rather not assume. Thanks all!

    Poston Style Header Question

Mine didn’t have a seal originally either, but the TA header seemed loose on my crossover so I gave it a shot. Sealed up nicely, Hopefully that will take care of your leak.

Turbo Regal Reign comming to an end?

I would say "No"-but for different reasons. Anyone can go spend 40-90k and get a modern tech vehicle that will smoke a TR. But who can spend 10k (uh maybe more, I don't keep count) hit the streets and smoke 90 percent of whats out there light to light? Those who know cars know what the TR is...

    1982 non-turbo Printed Circuit Board

Big thanks to GBodyParts.com. I reached out to them, and they located one for me even after they’ve been having to deal with issues after the Hurricane. Thanks guys for showing what the Turbo Buick community is really about!

    1982 non-turbo Printed Circuit Board

I'm working on my 82 T-type clone and need a new flexible printed circuit board for a non turbo regal. Google hasn't been my friend yet. 84-87 boards are remaned, but I can't find one for the older instrument cluster. If anyone can point me in the right direction please let me know.

Brake light comes on for a sec. then goes off

Any updates? I changed out my Accumulator also with the same symptoms as you. It fixed the problem, like having a new Powermaster, great brakes! A few months later the switch burned out and blew the fuse(no brakes, thank goodness i was just cruising and not racing). If you are keeping the...

    Plastic tank radiator

My nickle on this- when I found my Turbo T the original radiator was in bad shape, leaking everywhere/pin hole leaks and the tanks were both shot. Being a novice, I needed a radiator to even begin work on her and ordered the Rock Auto replacement with the stock Oil and Trans Cooler lines. 1...
