yea at first i only had a lil problem getting the car into park, kinda made me nervous it was gonna pop out or something, but i was able to go through all gears no problem, then i mess with the cable and got it to go better into park, now i cant get 1st... would an aftermarket shifter cut out...

Stock shifter. I had ordered one for a monte from brian, he said thatd work also, but it was to big. I dunno if the bracket on the tranny has to coincide with the cable?

heheh thats awesome... the service at gbody parts couldnt be better, i had a problem with a shifter cable for my 87 T, i called brian and i had the part before i knew it, no questions asked, free magnet even. Being that i work in retail its strange to me to actually find good customer service...

have a used small block chevy chrome water pump sittin around, just wanna get rid of the thing, i havent had a smallblock in 2 years and probably never will again, not one that i want to dress up anyway...so here it is. $50 just somebody take this thing, it doesnt look as great on a coffee table...
