boxing the frame, leave openings for bushings?

hes talking about the holes on the side of the frame, so you can fit the lower bushing inside, the elongated holes in the pictures he posted.

boxing the frame, leave openings for bushings?

im going to be boxing the middle section of my frame before i install it back under the body. dont remember how the old bushings were removed, but do i need to leave openings to slide the lower body bushing in or are the holes at the bottom of the frame large enough to fit the bushing through?

    speedo cable

My 85 was 2 peices, they joined by the brake booster. Some cables go into the cruise control. Take a look at your car and follow from the transmission to the firewall and see what you have. you will have to remove it anyways to replace it.

Yes u can use the block. the oil drain for a hotair motor is in the intake manifold, passenger side. The threaded hole you see on the rear drivers side may be for the knock sensor?

After looking at the bearings and something scratched into the crankshaft. Engine needs a complete...

possible issue with shaved heads and compressed gasket thickness.

85 hotair motor, getting the motor rebuilt from a wiped cam lobe and very low oil pressure. Last year when i tore the motor apart, i was researching and decided to use the felpro1000 gaskets with a compressed thickness of 0.039 in. I brought my heads to the machine shop to get shaved down...
