    It almost sounds like you are hitting a rev limiter. Where do you have the rev limiter settings in the fast box? Do you have an external ignition system with limiter capabilities?

    Thanks guys. JDEstill As for changing the VE numbers to get to AFR. This is the first time I have been able to get a full throttle pass. I have never tuned that part of my map. The rest of my map (street driving part) has been tuned to limit O2 correction. Don't see 6900 rpm on the street...

    'low' voltage causing lean cond.

    It sounds like a warm up enrichment issue. did you by chance tune the engine while it was still applying warm up enrichment? if it happens when the fan kicks in, that may also be the point at which the system removes all warm up enrichment in your program.

    Exhaust popping.

    I am pretty sure that a rich pop will come back through the intake. If it pops through the exhaust, I think that is indicative of a lean condition.

    FAST and Windows XP

    I had problems getting mine to connect at first also. It turns out that I had the com port settings wrong. The connection on my computer was using com 1 and my Fast unit was set for com 3 (or vice versa) You may want to check that.

    If you start popping out the exhaust when it goes under boost, are you sure you are not going lean?
