I would like to support the "Made in USA", and do so when I can, but as GNBRETT mentioned, some of the higher quality items or just products in general are no longer made in the USA. I recently sold my 1999 Tahoe, it was made in Mexico. My Honda was made in Ohio... So if Honda's, Toyota's, etc...

I have to dig out my head demagnetizer that is built into a cassette shell for a picture if I can find it, I have one of the Allsop pieces too!

The material is pretty neat, but in my opinion takes away from the lines of the car.

I am replacing the springs on my GN with Moog 5638/5413's. There was a thread here that I looked for but cannot find again asking if the springs can be replaced with the weight of the car and a floor jack, or do I need to use a spring compressor? I am anxious to get this thing sitting level...

If you have access to Hemmings Motor News, (I don't at the moment) there are numerous places that service factory radios in the services section. Dennis Kirban may still offer the service, I know at one time he did.

Has anyone *successfully* found a way to seperate the vanity mirror lid to replace the fabric on the outer side? I had the visors recovered, and have spare material, but understand the plastic was "welded" as opposed to glued, making disassembly difficult, if not impossible, to say the least...

I saw one on ebay a couple or so years ago, sold for less than I expected. The only other one I saw belonged to a guy in Md, still a pretty neat toy to display at a car show!

My GN has a sagging RF spring, about 1.25 " lower than the LF. The car only has 68k miles, but thought it would be a good time to j replace ball joints, upper/lower control arm bushings, springs and steering components. I figure I have to disassemble to some extent anyway, why not replace 24...
