Nice looking ride. I like the "Car supposedly runs in the 8s in the 1/4". From what I see, that ain't happening. But nice car nonetheless.

Just going by what was told to me, and why I used the word supposedly. Myself thought it was a little off for the mods, but its not my car and never drove it 🤷‍♂️

Are the photos flipped? because the badge on the trunk lid is on the wrong side
Pictures are not flipped, someone probably put the badge on wrong side after repaint. Call number at bottom of post, to see if he can send you a video or to get more info.

That parts list and a hot tune + the car looks lighter with a good driver should easily run in the 8s
*IF* it manages to dip into the 8's, a 150+ trap, a girdled 109 and a 10 bolt rear won't last long. The recipe has a short fuse. Aside from that, 26k is a fair price for this ride. Personally, I'd remove the nitrous and enjoy a really nice looking Buick.

Short fuse on an 8 sec 109🙄
Let's agree to disagree on that.
I know how much time we have on things like this and I laugh at comments regarding a short fuse.
And frankly not sure why you would jump into a thread like this and give your opinion on this build and what its capable of
Do have an 8 sec turbo buick?
If I remember correctly you had a 10 sec 64mm stage car.
I'm not a fan of the 10 bolt for big power but it depends on the 60ft the car needed to hit that et,but either way they can fly.
Lots of good parts in this build

Whoever buys this car (and it is a very nice Buick. I am almost tempted), IF they can manage ten 8-second passes without mechanical failure, I will pay them $1,000. Oh yes, my ride ran low 10's on a very conservative tune. I owned and raced it for 13 years without any failures. Not even one blown gasket.

You should buy the car then you can actually have a fast one😉
Seems like you have more money than brains.
Here is the cheatsheat for you.
Your probably have the most expensive 10 sec car a person can have and you feel you need to give out your resume on how long it lasted to justify the fact that you are a 10sec guy shitting on an 8 sec guys thread talking about things you have no experience in doing.
This is not about how a 10sec car lasts longer than an 8 sec car.
This guy is offering his 8 sec car for sale through a friend and it's obvious your jealous about underachieving with your own build.
This thread is not about you.
Even though you must be special because even the stock ones had some type of failure and had warranty issues.

Jack cotton has the 10 bolt in his
8.2s at 167mph.
Guess 30+years isn't long enough🙄

I know who you are and these personal attacks from you are of no surprise. Moderators, please delete all posts that are not related to the gentleman's sale. Mr Spool, a debate with you is not worth my time. Good day.
