hello people: To any oy youz that have had it. What did you do to fight it besides getting the shots?

So I had it. Put me on my butt for 25 days. Here is the rub...

I did not want to get the shot prior to get infected, so I didn't. Then a pal of mine who is my age (in his 50's) called me to see how I was doing etc. We got talking about covid & he asked if I had the shot. I said "no" and he then proceeded to tell me that out of his 150 staff members that he manages TWO had died. And he went on to tell me that the two that died were in better shape then me, and that they were younger.

So off I went to get the damn shot. I hated it. I bitched, and then hated it some more. It made my arm hurt (in the zone the needle went in) for months, and wouldn't you know it, I got the covid anyhow. I was (like I said) out for weeks. It was awful. I lost 30 lbs (mostly muscle mass), never left the bedroom. The worst sick I have had period. So... I called my pal. Told him that I got the shot, got sick and hated it. Told him that was probably a waste as I sure was sick.

His response? He says "well, maybe you would have been dead if you had not gotten the shot."

He sure knew how to shut me up. Anyhow, I found nothing that made it better. Just time.

I didn't do anything either. Lost my sense of smell that still hasn't returned almost a year later. I believe I have had it a few times. I just had evening fevers, loss of appetite and felt lethargic and a little dizzy here and there.

Had it twice.

First infection was fairly mild. Second infection was about as sick as I've ever been.
Treated with Ivermectin, Azithromycin & Decadron.
Add 30 days of Probiotics to counter the side effects of the Azithromycin.
Add Melatonin to assist with a full nights sleep.
Remain as active as possible to work your lungs & circulation.
Eat well & hydrate, even if you don't want to.

We lost several people due to Covid. They had been vaccinated. No injections for me.

I'm just some semi-old guy on an auto enthusiasts forum without any formal medical training.

I'm in my early 60's and have diabetes. I got vaxxed and boosted. They said it was good for the country, like buying savings bonds. I have some of those, too.....

I'm a very social person, I go out and mix with folks. I enjoy life.

My job makes me deal with the public all the time, day in, day out.

I was never "scared", and I refuse to be.......I never got sick. Live you're life, stop being afraid. It's the fucking flu. Nothing more.

Get the fuck over it.

But that's just me.

I never tested positive. Everyone at my shop got sick during the Delta variant. Some vaccinated, some not. The vaccinated people missed the most days, and were more sick. I had a headache for 2 days, and lost my smell and taste for 2 or 3 days. I was sick over a wekend and missed edays of work. I got tested at the end of the week and was negative. A few co workers tested positive. A few tested negative, while other sick people that lived with them tested positive. I am unvaccinated. My son was mildly sick for a couple days, unvaxxed and untested, my vaxxed wife didnt get sick and tested negative as well. Interestingly, we all got sick 2 weeks ago. My son had a stuffy nose for 2 days, i had a stuffy nose for 3 days, my wife was sick as hell for a week. Not sure if it has anything to do with covid, you know, joe said its over, so my wife wasnt crazy with the testing. My vaxxed mother in law is still sick.

Covid did more to our freedoms and pushed neighbors and friends to the brink of legal, physical, mental limits than real deaths it caused.
It caused alot of other deaths which probably for the 1st time in history.
Vaxxed and unvaxxed has many different options and theories.
Here in the United states the land of the free and home of the brave
A great divide occurred
People in virology actually could and have predicted the way this would go down.
As long they didnt have an agenda😉
To be honest covid to me has me really disappointed in many people.
The greater good has been turned into chains and personal freedom prison and persecution on a scale that we haven't seen since Hitler ww2.
And it happened here as well as all over the world.
Personally covid came and wasnt worth the freedoms that all of us lost and gave up.
Yes people pasted away 98/99% of the billions that occupy this planet lived and I wont bore many on this thread about what people really die of the most😡 and there is no cure for that and these geniuses think they can cure an airborne virus🙄
Destroying the social structure of how people relate to each had deadly consequences as well (suicides).
The virus affected all of us differently from what I saw with no clear cut path.
Both vaxxed and unvaxxed died and many lived on both sides.
It was the new segregation and still in many ways is.
Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The Roman's had that figured out pretty good.
I had a headache for a few days in the back of my head and I wanted to sleep that's what it did to me.
Slept 2 days,no loss of anything else, low grade for maybe a day and oxy was good.
Lost more time to protocols and exposure from others than what I needed to actually keep moving forward.
That was omicron never got the others and if I did I didn't know it.
Others i know struggled alot some didnt it's a weird thing for sure.

I was hospitalized with it. When I first got it, just a headache. Then came the fevers. For two days, OTC meds kept it in check, then the third day I couldn't get my fever down. My primary care doctor wouldn't see me and told me I had to go to the ER. I went to the hospital. They gave me a bag of fluids and prescription Ibuprofen, but nothing to treat Covid, and sent me home. Two days later it got hard to breathe so back to the ER. My O2's were in the low 80's and they admitted me and started me on O2 and an anti-viral. I was in the hospital for four full days and then released to hospital at home care for the next week and out of work for two more weeks.

I am convinced that if they had given me the anti-viral when I first went to the hospital, I would never have had to be admitted.

On a related note, Florida changes vaccine recommendations.

Thought I wasn't going to make the 1st weekend....got canker sores on my tonsils and every swallow burned like a mother....even water. Then after salt water gargling to combat the open sores in my throat ...about 4 days of "I'm feeling pretty good, to oh shit, here comes another wave of exhaustion, sweats and fever. Survived it, no vax. Had a neighbor, 83 years old. got it and died once they administered remdisivir. the organ shut down medicine.....another neighbor 93 had it but family said no to remdisivir and he survived it.......studies out of Israel showing lower sperm counts in 30 something males and more susceptible to getting infected if vaxxed.....until they acknowledge natural immunity...DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!

Appreciate all the discussion.

If you think you're really sick, please talk to a doctor you trust. There's a lot of information online that can mislead all of us from all sides. It'd be better to see everyone arguing about the best oil than reading about someone passing away.

I forgot to say that this was Nov of '21 when I had it. I'm well over it now, thankfully.

I still haven't had the jab. I reckon I don't need it now. We did have to test weekly at work up until about two months ago. There were three other employees on my shift that tested positive on the same day I did, so the consensus was work exposure.

Increase Your Mobility - People who are taking Ivermectin 12 mg often notice that their mobility improves and their strength returns, as these drugs break down the tough shell of parasites and kill them off completely so they can't move around any longer.

IIrc the pcr tests are just about useless and shows everyone pretty much a positive since even the common will
show positive since it's a form of "the" covid too.
The poison companies and the medical profession allies have done irreparable harm to so many over this imho.
I wonder if even the test swabs have the virus on it to infect more people. It's awful to even have to wonder about this.
