Forgot to add its a fast xfi 2.010

Also " norbs " on this forum can " remote " tune , Reach out to him also .

Are you in Canandaigua NY ?? If so " pdzz aka Phil Bassage " is a great mechanic and lives there also . He owns Master Tech Automotive , and knows these cars well . I believe his Turbo Buick racecar has a Fast system . 585-394-7333 Master Tech Automotive in Canandaigua, Ny : Contact
Yes, I know Phill, good guy. Brought it to him once and we had problems so he lent me his fast to get my car home. I think the program had issues some of the graphs wernt working as they should have.

post the GCT ,
connect to ecu with ccom version 2.01 goto view > display ecu config and make sure of your ecu current config
goto " files" at top left
click "save all tables"

find that file on your pc and post it , you may need to put it in a zip folder , also post your ecu config info

if you loaded a 2.01 tune to a 2.05 flashed ecu you could have several program issues

in the mean time you can do a quick tune adjust
if you start the car and connect with a laptop and let it warm up a little , open the ve table and then hit the L key and the ecu will learn the cell the bubble is on to minimize the correction so it can run at the target AF , once you see what that ve number goes to you can adjust the others around it

Post the tune, and a data log...…………..

My bad, it is currently 2.05

if its 2.05 and you loaded an older version tune you would need to fix a few tables

you dont have an up pipe so a drive log is useless , just do a short start up idle so we an see the values

Yeah, I think I did it. This is the tune im using and a log setting in driveway mostly idling but hitting the throttle here and there. again 140 lb inj., stock stroke and bore, large cam, aluminum heads, headers, TR6 ign.

for starters you have a tune setup for 83# injectors and from what youve posted you have 140# ,

open ccom and connect , goto view> system config>fuel calc parameters and fix the injector size
also fix the displacement its at 270 and you're 231

i also see the firing order synchronization shows cam sync precedes cyl 1 ...it should be 6

what is your fuel ..the tune has timing for c16 (28* at 15psi)

93 oct fuel, I believe my mistake was I didnt save the ecu tune but sent the one used to get there. I will repost the ecu tune now that I know how.

injectors are showing 150# and cubic inch is showing 235 ..minor details but should be corrected

still see the cam sync precedes is 1 it should be 6 , this affects when the injectors spray and the way it is at 1 its wrong
in system config>ignition parameters.. you have crank reference deg at 1.0 it should be 10.0 degrees with DIS ignition
your VE at idle should eb close to 20 not 40 but theres several tables that need tweaking to accomplish that
the af table sucks (really lean in boost , as does the timing table which has way too much timing for 93 even with alky
do you have oil and fuel logging ..i ask because i see you have low oil enabled (at 20psi which when it warms up and pressure drops below 20 at idle engine will die ) , as well as FP correction
also fan is set 190 on 180 off thats a little warm

do yourself a favor and contact bison or cal hartline for a tune and support , they can do the final tune remotely

this thread really should be in performance ECU forum
