Lean at wot

Since you aren't logging fuel pressure,we still don't know how much it is rising. It would have been nice if you would have been able to see what it was when you hit 5.5 psi of boost. Since you are logging the other pertinent things it would be good to know how high it gets when you are logging. Do you have a gauge that you can look at while driving the car?

I have a hood mounted gauge but i was looking at the wideband gauge. the fuel pressure did rise as i got into boost

Just a thought, and will confirm this in the morning. If there is an exhaust leak between the turbo and the DP flange (upstream of WB sensor), could this potentially show false "lean" WB readings? of
In looking at the data file 004, frame 2374 of 3535:
peak TPS for this run = 1.52
O2 (NB) is at 0.784
BLM = 131
MAF = 105.6
Boost= 6.0
the AFR (WB) is 14.31, but shortly thereafter, in the next few frames, you can see it drop...

thoughts? :unsure:

Your last file shows the your BLM's at idle of 118, AF at 15.2, NB highest is 776, MAF 7.5 and you say FP is rising with boost. Airflow is slightly high from the MAF. Data is telling me the 02 is reporting wrong to the ECM and the airflow from the MAF at idle is usually 4-6. 02 sensor is cheapest. If that didn't work, then I'd try a known good MAF.

The wideband and O2 are mimicking each other. They're both saying the same thing. Your car laid down when your wideband showed 19/1 How far away from the turbo is your wideband?
Did it lay down in 004 log?

It ran good and didn’t lay down... The wideband is about 3 inches from the exit of the downpipe into the test pipe so, probably 3 or 4 feet

There was no spark retard either. I see that there is a mid boost fuel adjustment in your chip. You could richen that up and test it again to a higher boost level.

I completely forgot the chip had a mid boost setting! Will the chip now go into “wot” afr until I go completely wot and above 13 psi? I’ll try setting mid boost to 10.8 and see what happens... I’ll take a log also.
