I wonder how long before the people of CA that are paying the bills will say enough. They have time for the police to give some poor guy changing his oil a ticket and fine but will no longer respond to calls of burglary, or someone in the act of robbing your and smashing your car or theft of less than $950 daily in a number of CA localities. If we're not in the days of Noah I don't know what then.

This has already come up once in the last several years and is probably not settled yet.

GM will screw themselves just like JD. Enterprising lads in eastern europe have software to let you work on the tractors now supposedly. Read last week that older tractors are commanding higher prices than ever and are a lot easier for the farmers to fix themselves. Farmall 1066, 806, etc selling high.

I've been working on cars longer than most mechanics been alive at most garages, now if the city or state trys to tell me that I have to take my car, and let some inexperience mechanic work on it...that's fine if they are willing to pay the bill, and the warranty when I have to return it to have the same job done again. Not to mention some jobs, or mods can't be done at shops or garages. People in CA need to stand up, or carefully read the laws before they vote on them.
