Fuel displacement by Alky?

How much fuel is being displaced by M1 Alky M15 nozzle 155psi against 30psi boost?
So 125psi M1 Alky M15 nozzle flow rate? I have 60# Inj. Like know how much my duty cycle is lowered by Alky?

Thanks, Mike

Displaced? Or replaced?

The goal is to pull out gasoline delivery while methanol replaces it. I believe 20 percent of the engine's fueling (by need, and not by volume) is what most guys shoot for.

Thanks for the replies,
I may try E85 with current setup.
On 93/Alky FP-80psi, Boost-34. IDC-70%
May need to spray little M1 on top of E85?

Thanks, Mike

you can pump more alky in to octane the motor more by pressure or the preffered way of adding a 2nd nozzle when searching for high boost levels.

I have a TT 6.1 E85 chip just have not tried it yet.
I wanted to see how close I could get to my 93/Alky performance, With E85 only.

Thanks,

You need more than a chip. See my post above.

Power/boost potential can be as good or better based on set-up and tune.

What injectors is that chip burned for ?? If it's for 60's , that's not enough injector for E85 .
I'm running that chip @ 30psi and at 80% duty cycle with 120lb injectors . My setup is in my signature .

I'm running that chip @ 30psi and at 80% duty cycle with 120lb injectors . My setup is in my signature .

The chip is burned for 60#, I am running Stock Long block.

Stock Long Block (New 980 comp springs), Stock MAF, Stock Rear, Stock suspension, 275/60-15 ET streets, 3650lbs W/driver, 5831 turbo, GN1 Extreme front mount IC, IAT in up pipe , Closed Ex (Pypes), 3.5 DP, L/U converter 9.5 Protorque Not Locked, Homemade Grainger Bst control, Power Plate, 60# inj, Razor Alky, 1 Air Bag, AEM 3.5bar, LC-1 WB.

Thanks,

60lbs injectors won’t cut it bud . 80s will barely make decent power on e85 . With 80lb injectors you can make around 450-500 rwhp with the injectors maxed out and the duty cycle close to 100% . For e85 you really need a good pump setup and at least 120lb injectors imo .

Boost-34.
I wouldn't touch it if your hitting 34psi with a 58/31 on a stock motor.how fast is it?I had a 49 that went 10s on a stocker 27/30 psi twin m10s on a single pump 42lb injector.10s were it out eventually, but not as soon as I thought it would

7.1 1/8 11.3 1/4 22.9 Deg 1st/2nd 20.8 Deg 3rd 0 Knock
Boost was way higher than I thought PL was on 3bar scale with 3.5 AEM MAP sensor

Thanks,
