Any performance information available or did you never ese it on a vehcile? John

I never even put it on. I ordered it and was on a long waiting list, but was patient and waited and waited. I think this was toby p intake before he went to intercooled.

still too much $ to get for speculation. i wanted it so i could have it flowed and see how much better it was than the stock intake. john

several years ago slogn and i did flow bench testing of the 86/87 intake with powerplates - different dog houses - different TB's etc most of the data should still be on this site probably around 2011 or 2012 we also tested the stock 85 against the then new champion ported 85 intake-------the performance of the stock manifold was amazingly poor i couldn't believe that a manufacturer would even put such a unit on the market------from memory i remember that most of the ports flowed in the 140 range and the #3 cylinder was in the 115 range !!! the champion unit got all of them much closer to even and total flow was significantly improved personally i would not put a lot of money into a hot air car but if i did i would not even consider it without using one of these manifolds to do so is building an engine with a major built in handicap
