Welcome Boostedrps.com

This is a great opportunity for us at boostedrps.com and for the Buick community in large . We have many exciting products that are in the pipe line that are going to make our turbo buicks run faster and run longer . Our aim at Racing Products & Services is to have great products that will last and be stronger then what’s currently on the market . The best part is our goal to not have these products break the bank . We are very excited on what the future has In Store for the turbo buick community and us at RPS . If you have any questions or comments please don’t hesitate to ask Myself, Tyler , or Kendall www.boostedrps.com .

Good looking site with top quality products!

FYI, the website takes too long to load on a smartphone. May need a faster server or alternative design for smartphone imaging.

Thanks man for the info!

This is the first website I've ever made, so it is really nice to hear the positive feedback!

I will take a look at the Mobile version of the site, and see if I can edit some stuff down.

What pages specifically took long to load? I'm thinking of JUST having the dropdown menu at the top for the different page selection/product selection, and getting rid of all the images on the Home and Product page.

Welcome...

The websites main page takes a very long time to load.

So a few questions

What products do you guys actually make?

Looks like you sell alot of other vendors products almost like a middle man..

Also what's your guys background? How long you been into turbobuicks and any accomplishments along the way? That way we know who you are and what you have or haven't done. It's nice building a personal relationship with vendors and knowing their expertise

The main page on your mobile, or on your desktop? You're the first I've known about having issues on a desktop. .....mobile, yes, but I deleted all the images on the mobile page, which seemed to help A LOT.

We actually make the billet connecting rods..well, we worked with Tom Molnar to have our idea brought to fruition. They are billet 4340 connecting rods that were purpose-built to be superior to Crower rods in every way possible.

We are also looking to offer pre-fabbed fuel line kits/fuel system kits/etc (similar to Racetronix kits), double-pumper kits, and once I find a CNC mill that has decent pricing, we will have quite a few of our own products as well. Right now though we're really focusing on our custom rods and the next thing up is the pre-fabbed fuel lines.

Chris actually makes quite a few parts/pieces and does a lot of fabrication/modification work for the engines, along with actually building the engines as well. He'll have to respond with a more precise answer, I don't want to speak for him.

Most vendors are third-part resellers. Sure, they may make 1 or 2 parts here or there, or slap their name on another company's product and say "they made it", but a majority of other companies are resellers. Is there something wrong with that? A vendor is essentially by definition, a middle-man for the manufacturer. Otherwise people would go straight to the manufacturer to purchase the product, no?

Personally, I've been into Buicks since I was 17. I am 30 now. I purchased my current car in 2011 and worked on it for about 1 year, then took a 5/6 year break, and around September of last year began working on it again. About 90% of what you see in my build thread has been purchased since last year. I'm trying to make up for lost time :)

Accomplishments? My Mom said I was a special little flower and that no one in the world is as unique and wonderful as I am....does that count?

All 3 of us are amidst getting our builds done. My first GN ran high 11's, but that was 10+ years ago. RIght now my car is as fast as a set of jack stands :) I won't speak for Chris or Kendall, so you will have to ask them individually.

I know I decided to start this company because I love these cars. I love the community. I love helping others and learning from others. I wanted to do something to try and give back to the world that I have such a high affinity for, and this was how I chose to do that. If I can save a fellow Buick enthusiast a few bucks on some parts so that they can complete their car, that makes me a happy man. Call me crazy, but I just want to bring good parts to good people for a good price. If I can bring some new ideas and parts into the mix along the way, why not!? We have a lot of ideas right now, and since we just started up, we are still figuring out the best places to bring our ideas to fruition.

I hope that sufficiently answered your questions. I am continuing to work on the website, so hopefully I can get the home page to load much quicker. I really do appreciate your feedback and insight.

Still? I just took off the photos on the main page on the mobile version a little while ago, and since then I haven't had issue loading it on my old Note 3.

I'll keep at it though. I know for sure the products page takes forever...

Congrats to you guys on getting this off the ground! I wish you nothing but the best in the future

Tyler has become one of my best friends over the past year or so, and is one of the most helpful and honest guys I know. I remember we started talking one night when I had a question about some suspension component, maybe a certain shock or spring set up I can't say for sure, but he talked to me for HOURS and broke it down into the simplest way possible so I could understand how the suspension on our cars works, and how to properly set it up in a drag racing application. Since then we've had dozens of hour long conversations about pretty much everything on our cars. He's taught me a ton about my car and continues to teach me damn near every day, and because of all of that I hope everyone on here checks out his new company, and if they see something they think they might need but aren't sure, give him a call. I'm going to be trusting him in supplying parts that'll support over 1000 hp for my next build in the near future, a TA Aluminum block.

Wow, John, I am seriously speechless.

I have enjoyed every one of our conversations over the last year. It has been incredibly enjoyable to discuss all the different suspension and engine parts and theories with you, and see your knowledge base grow faster than mine!

I am genuinely honored that you trust my opinion and my word so highly. That means more to me than you know. I started this company with the idea that people can sell parts and still have integrity and honesty, and I hope that I can keep true to that as we move forward.

I know as we move forward and your car progresses in the work you do, you and I will make sure to create the perfect GN of your dreams. Something that your Dad will love to drive, and may even steal on the weekends to go for joyrides! I really do look forward to seeing your car gradually progress in it's journey from Mild to Wild, and I cannot wait to see what your new motor does with the billet LA Kryptonite crank and our billet RPS / Molnar rods....and I am SO stoked to see what your new Gee M Racing Street headers will look like!!

I hope that other people reading this know that I will always be as genuine and helpful to any stranger that calls, as I am to John. I want anyone who calls to know that when they call Kendall or I and ask for an opinion, they will get the truth-whether that means NOT selling you a part because we know it won't be what you need or you won't see any benefits from it, or if it means referring you to another company because the perfect product for your car isn't something we carry- and we care more about you getting the perfect part for your goals than we do about trying to sell you a part that will not be the best fit and will not bring your car to its' full potential.

I look forward to developing new relationships with many folks in this Buick community, and I hope we can offer new products to the Buick world that will help people save some real money and obtain amazing performance for their cars!

And I can say the same thing about Tyler , What a good guy . I have only been on this site for a little over 2 years and just got my first Turbo Regal in 2015 . He reached out to me when I had a question about our cars , Kept me on the phone till I completely understood what we was talking about , Suspension I believe it was . He even shipped me some parts he had laying around , Free I will add , Just cause he knew I would need them in the future . I really hope he and his business will get support from this site . I cant say I know DankGN but just reading what he post I can say he is a true TB guy . Good luck to you guys Keith

Welcome. Nice to see some fresh stuff. I would like to see some technical information on the billet rods. Are they larger / does it require more or less stroker clearancing then the regular forged Molnars? Minimum order quantity? Also, would like to see more info on the Gee M headers. Inside pics, are the back purged etc. I was planning on modifying stock headers but these are an attractive alternative. Not financially ready to pull the trigger yet on either but I enjoy reading and planning.

Thanks Keith for the kind words! I hope those parts come in handy! I know the control arms will at least look nice on your ride :)

Shoot me a PM or text/call and I can go over the details of them with you.

Thanks for getting the HR Parts and Stuff rear anti roll bar out to me with a personal drop off. I was able to install it in a couple of hours taking my time. Now, I won’t have to deal with the crappy mismatched (squeaking) old sway bar.

Btw, the parts were bagged very well and installation was done without pulling the exhaust down.

To ensure everything was squared up, I measured everything twice and then bolted the anti roll bar to the axle before confirming the places to drill in the cross member.
