RTTH 2013 Pro-Touring Event

I've given up the hope/want to get invited to the OUSCI. Those cars and events passed my quality of car a long time ago. I'll be sticking to local stuff for the most part this year I think. The whole aspect of the TV show just makes it too flashy. My car isn't "pretty" so it will never be invited...but hey I love my car so that's all that matters.

That's where it's really at Doug, Those kind of events are all driven towards the TV show and that is what matters to them..... Glitz & Glam..

I got to ride in Scot W's white turbo T at the Tennessee RTTH event earlier this year. All I can say is WOW! This is one fast TB! And as impressive as the acceleration was, the braking and handling were equally impressive. Way better than any other car I have ever ridden in. I do know that Scot has worked hard to get a good balance on the turbo response (lack of lag!) and he was successful. Scot has Detroit Speed rear control arms, sway bar, and shocks as well as Ridetech's TruTurn control arms and DSE shocks and sway bar up front. And then there are the Baer brakes. What can I say...top notch all the way. I understand Scot has his white TB up for sale (boo!). You cannot go wrong with this car. We made 3 hot laps on the autocross circuit and it never missed a beat or broke a sweat! What a car!!
