Any good hyd roller lifters other than clicky Comps?

Just curious if you used some kind of clicky meter to come up with the 50% reduction and then the later 25% reduction number.

Yes:D . I do have a click-o-metor, and I just got it back from getting recalabrated.

That click-o-metor is myself, and at least a dozen of the people in the So Western section that have heard this car running at the car shows that I go to. I've have had my car running next to another GN with Comps, and had other TB owners compare clickyness. Heres a list some of TB owners that have heard these lifters.

Turbo Lou (TB vender and engine builder)
Graza002 (Andrew)
Gary Wells (So Western Moderator)
Ralph (pizza guy)
Kevin/ Harold/knife guy/ Wicked GN/ Etc.
Mean Chicken (Tim)
Brent

Send a PM to any of these people and ask what they think of the noise level, and performance :D of this car.

Well if the CC 853's are the problem ones is their any reason you didn't use the CC 885's?

After trying for weeks by Jack Cotton and one other person to get a return call from Comp about all the flat lifters that would'nt pump up, I gave up on Comp as a company that I wanted to deal with. Jack Cotton replaced the bad lifters anyways. He always stands behind his stuff;) . At some point I got tired of the Clicky- Clicky, and found a great quality US made product that's made by a great company at the same price.

Just seemed like a no-brainer to me.

Or, maybe I just did'nt like seeing 20 deg of KR when I reved my car to three grand while in park:eek: .

If you need more reasons, let me know.

Performance feels good and lifters are nice and quiet, but i still dont see a 10Sec timeslip in your hands :D , just busting your balls Chia, get out there and get that 10sec slip already You should be able to do it with your new converter and dual BB turbo..

I'm glad you see the humor in my post. I somehow pictured a microphone wired up the the CANBUS on the XFI and some trace logs or something..... Where did you get your cam from?

Cam, T&D rockers, pushrods, and about 20% of the other go fast goodies came from Jack.
