ZDDP and cam break in?

I'll be cranking off the car tonite. I plan on doing the cam break in procedure and then likely change the oil/filter to rule out any tiny shavings. Should I use ZDDP during break in, or just on the oil change, again, thanks.
 
ummm no! use Zddp all the time espically during breakin' isn't your motor worth the extra $10 for insurance?

I would also definately change the oil and filter.
 
USE IT FOR BREAK IN, as mentioned its the most crucial time. My builder gave me a bottle just for break in and they've been doing motors for 40 years.
 
I retract my previous post, after reading up some more on zddpplus it is designed for break in. So yes use it on first startup. Sorry for that..
