I remember seeing someone had a file to allow you to use an o2 other than the mega buck one from Fast? I think maybe it was Hartline? Anyone have info? I think my o2 crapped out this morning! Thanx!

This file is not needed for an XFI,That was needed for a classic system.

You XFI has the abilty to use optional sensors already

I dont,But call Holly Hartline,I believe they have or can get the cheaper version.
Here is a Honda part number 36531-P07-003
I believe this is the autozone part number 36531P07003
This is the NAPA part number ECHOS791

You can use an L1H1 or an L2H2 NTK sensor

I cant think of the other # off the top of my head

the XFI uses a Honda sensor?
So did the Classic system.
Dont know you can call it a honda sensor,But Honda uses it also.
When you install one in an XFI, You must loook at the markings
and go into "File" then "system configuration" then "wideband o2 type"
And make sre you check the box the resembles you sensor.

What makes you think yours is bad?

The Bosch part number is 13246. The sensor is actually made by NTK

Honda used them in a few applications.

Otto in on the money with his part numbers.

If I remember right, a bosch LSU-?? can be made to work also with some work but the ntk sensor is much better in my mind.

My a/f is locked on 15.9 with no vac leaks? I hope the o2 crapped out!

Go online with the XFI and open your dashboard with the key on right down the UEGO values,There are 3 or 4 of them.(some end in S some in R) and post them.
Also you may open a vacuum line and spray carb clean in while watching the
o2 ans see if it changes richer or not,Yon may have another problem.
Where are you on LI?
We may be able to get together,I have a good o2 here we can try.

The uego # I see VEGOR(V)2.82 UEGO(V)4.98 & UEGO(V)0.10 nothing with an s or r?

There is no reason you can use the older sensor from what I know.
What does the older sensor read on the side of it?

Both those numbers are correct.
Is this a new system? or has it been run before without problems?

Also you need to check the markings on old sensor,You may need to make a change in the software depending on this.

Give me both sets of markings,as there are 2 different o2s you can use.

wow i have been searching for this info for almost 2 hours! i to have an XFI, my o2 worked great until my clutch exploded last year and took out the harness, and the connector with the resistor in it.

when the bellhousing exploded it broke the connector, and the piece inside with the resistor well it joined the mass exodus of metal parts. i didn't realize this until i fired my car back up last night. anyone have the connector off of a used L2H2:LZA14-H1 o2 they would be willing to part with. i am trying to see what i can do to get an o2 without having to buy a very pricey one from FAST, i realize this is not a cheap o2 even if i buy the Bosch brand.

does NTK actually make the sensor for bosch? is the part # 24300 the proper part # ? i searched it on ngksparkplugs.com
it is for a 1992 -1995 Honda Civic, 1995 HONDA CIVIC VX 1.5 L4 D15Z1 FI VTEC; Plugs - SOHC

thanks!!! if anyone can help, i will gladly take a phone number to contact you.

While we find your parts, please enter your ZIP Code at PartsAmerica.com

is that an L1H1 sensor, wires are a different colour, and there is only a subtle difference otherwise.

who sells the NTk sensor? LZA14-H1? is there a part # to cross reference it with.

taner
