WTB: gears for 8.5 GN/442 rearend

Looking for 3.73, 3.90 or 4.10 gears for a 8.5 GN/442 reaend. New prefered but used in very good conditin ok. call 387-2197

Sup, Robert. Actually I've had the rearend on my car since 2000. I got the rearend from a friend who was parting out a T-type. I picked it up for $400 complete, then had 3.70's installed. The gears have an excessive amount of backlash, I think they wore due to improper install. Now I need new gears.

I got a set of 3.73 , but I would like to see how the SBC/TH-400 will work them first. Might be awhile though.
