Are you referring to the bumper filler that looks like it has faded? If you are, that is original. I had a GN with equal miles as this car and upon purchasing it all of the fillers were very faded/hazed over. A couple minutes with some polish and they can up like new. I suppose it is the flex agent that was used in them from the factory that makes them fade.
