would this be a good cam for a almost stock turbo regal the only things i have done are in my sig.

If the stock cam hasn't wiped a lobe I personally wouldn't waste my money. Save it for better upgrades.

A stock camshaft will get you into the deep 11's or faster with the right turbo. There has even been guys running faster than 11's with the stock cam, but at unforgiving boost levels!

That's way too much cam especially for a stock motor. If there is nothing wrong with your cam save your money and buy something else. I agree with the 206/206 cam if your going to change the cam out. JMHO
