I didn't change any lines at all. There were talk of using different fittings but I didnt have any issues. 99 2wd spindles and calipers just like the ones you have pictured. The lines get a little tight when going full left to right but no issues after 7 years. There is plenty of reading on the swap here if you put blazer brakes in the search.

I did a ton of research... Got nowhere... My Eyeballs hurt. Can anybody help out some. Maybe a picture of theirs? Part number.
I'm using Duralast Duel calipers. 18-B4695

I just did my brake lines today. I just bought new ones for the buick and used the buick banjo bolt. No binding or stretching with the new lines, they are a little tight, but not bad at all. I suggest you buy an assorted pack of banjo washers also.
