where to get a new cat hanger bracket

rubber in my catalytic converter hangar bracket has dry rotted, any souorce for just the rubber or a brand new bracket? thankx

He refurbishes them, they look new.

I drilled out the rivets and cut a rectangular section out of a old garden tractor tire to use as the rubber replacement. Car tire might work but most have steel belts and I thought that would make it much harder to cut. Maybe a conveyor belt or some kind of mud flap could also be used.

No part # but I think it was just a walker exhaust hanger that I drilled out rivet and removed clamp hanger.
