Transmission ??

Hi Guys,
I got a tip of a guy in the Port Richey Area who knows how to build a 200-4R, (of all the names for a transmission shop - Transmissions-R-us), does anyone have any other suggestions. I'm trying to stay within 100 or so miles of Tampa. Thanks - BB

There was someone in St. Pete that use to do excellent work on 2204R's. I had mine rebuilt there a few years ago. I didn't know the company because I took my car to someone here locally, and I found out later they took it to St. Pete to have it done. Mabey someone knows of this shop. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I had mine done in Ocala by Victory Transmissions. With race clutches and Transco shift kit (or is it Transgo?) and a billet servo. Very well done, its been about 8 months or so and its doing fine. He still keeps in touch and he and his son are easily accessible.
