Syclone fog lights

Hey Guy's,
New play toy and I am trying to get the fog lights to work. Do the fog lights have a relay and if so where is it located? Also, how are the lights grounded?

the fog light relay is located on the firewall near the power brake booster.

Thanks for the heads up on the relays. Do the ground leads attach to the fog light buckets? The fog lights on the truck had a HID conversion done and they had to cut the shells/buckets up to install. I am changing back to the old lights and need to fix the wiring or buy new buckets.
