still pig rich?

finished installing my te 44 and at 16 ibs of and a 20 degree street chip at full throttle i still see 830s on my scan master. Ive tried swaping chips and no difference. I am running 41 psi line off @idle.but have been as low as 38psi. also if I blip on the gas it acts as though it wants to die . thanks for any info

What chip are you using? Sounds like a fuel table is off in the chip. Is your chip programed for the injectors you are using?Check for vacuum leaks also.
