Stage 2 header build part 2

I've been busy building some stuff for another buick owner for the last couple months. I should be wrapping it up this week and getting back to mine.

I've been thinking about manufacturing and selling some simple good fitting stage 2 headers with a log style passenger side header. I learned a few things building this set. No matter what you do, plug access on stage 2 heads is going to be tough. It is hard to build a 2.5" crossover that clears the pan, starter and flywheel. A log manifold is more work to build than a collector style header. With a little more work to the downpipe, this could all easily clear an A/C box.

I'm now one step closer to making a production run of these. But, nothing is going to happen until after my car runs and paints some stripes on the street.

Wow, you have a mill also? I need something similar for my N/A build but I will be using a mini alternator. I am usng the RJC pullies with a serp belt though so the spacing should be similar. Maybe as I get closer I can pick your nose ... um brain a little. I need to get the cage done and then make motor mounts to determine how much space have. Cool stuff, you obviously get lots of garage time.

He built these headers for me .and he is very talented..very nice work.thanks mike.
