spooling issues

Hey everyone. I just had a new motor put in the car again and here is the specs
-stock heads ported and polished with stock valves and LT1 springs w/ chambers ceramic coated
-block bored .030 over w. TRW forged pistons ceramic coated
-radical non-turbo cam from Postons. (this is the second biggest one)
- 62mm TB with intake ported w/ RJC plate
- CPT-62 turbo
- Trans+ w/ extender chip for 50lb inj. 3.5 in MAF
- big mouth air kit
- mease DP integral
- SMC alchy kit
- stock intercooler bellmouthed.
- th400 with switch pitch convertor.(14oo lo stall/ 4000 hi stall)
There are probably some more that im forgetting about but here is the problem. I took it out to the track friday, got the car up to 3000 on the line but no boost. I couldnt even spin the tires. AFter I left the line about a 1/4 down the car took off an got it to 15lbs. Im thinking its the cam I was persuaded to use. But now im am finding that my wastegate puck was getting stuck on the hole on the turbo on the lip. If this cam is crap, what would be a better choice with this combo? I am afraid to go with a Comp cam because I wiped one out in less than 3k. HELP!!!:confused: :confused:
