Removal of heater/ac vents?

How do you remove the vents on the dash two in the middle and one on the passenger side?The ones with the chrome trim around them.I don't want to attempt it and break off any plastic tabs or anything so I want input from someone that has done this before.Thanks

i just pulled them out when i was getting some from a j/y slid right out, all 3 on the dash, not sure about the one in the cluster (left)

All of them pull straight out. Not too much danger of bustin' anything, just grab ahold of the vents and pull.

The vent on the left behind the bezel needs to be pried from the bottom and top as there are little plastics detent type thingies.
