Hello everyone I'm new to the GN world. Previous experince with C6's, Trans Ams, and turbo diesels. I'm having an issue with ordering parts;
1. Poston Buick- 14 days and they still have not shipped. Debitted me immediatley.
2. Kirban- sends me an email stating they have shipped. Then the next day sends another email saying some of the parts "they shipped" are on back order. And this was 5 days after I initially place my order.
3. Full Throttle Speed- ebay website says 4 scanmasters in stock, so I order 1. Then 2 days later they email me and say the scanmaster is on backorder even though it still says 4 scanmasters in stock on their ebay site. Then they expect me to pay for the extra postage for over nighting to get my part when I need it.
This is terrible customer service by 3 different buick companies. I'm very disappointed in the level of service. I mean when you dail 911 you want me to show up quickly, right?
Who can I order from that is reliable?
