I think that I may have messed up big time. I got in a rush to get things back together on my 87GN and I didn't get the main ground reconnected. We tried to start a few times but it was hard to turn over (this was before we discovered the unattached ground) We then found the ground and reattched it but now she will turn over a few times then bog down some (like she wants to start)
I checked the ignition and I am still getting a good spark but I think I still may have smoked the module anyways. Is there a possiblity that I blew up the ecm? or some how got the car out of time. Any help would be appreciated.

If you rushed to reassemble the engine, and you're getting slow cranking, it's probably indicative of a cam sensor set incorrectly. It is likely firing the mixture at the wrong time and causing the slow cranking; has happened to several people. Check out gnttype.org for the correct setting procedure.
