Need help with getting a web domain and website

The name is available but I have NO clue how to secure it, pay for it, and then make a site. Can someone please PM me who knows what to do? Thanks.

I'm not real sharp on the subject, but I have managed to create a few simple forums in the past. I used Go-Daddy.

They used to be very economical & offered great assistance. They have become more expensive over the last few years & there are probably better deals out there.

I used domain.com for my dad's business site. They might have some creation tools on there, I'm not sure. I went to w3schools.com and learned how to build sites from there. It may not be the best but it worked for me. It just takes a little time to learn it.
