That seems fishy as there is no detailed information provided, less than 15 page views and the only photo is a portion of the door jamb decal.

Yeah...I was wondering about that too. Like maybe the buyer would only buy through ebay so he would be protected somehow....like either he didn't want it to be a CL scam, or was worried about it being misrepresented.
