The way the car sits with ATR 3" cat, cat-back, injectors, EGR off from Extender chip, 45 psi vac/off, it passed easily. Here are the numbers. I was surprised with the EGR off that the NOx didn't jump, but the cat works well and the car still spins the tires and makes 19 psi through it.
