Get togethers, clubs, etc in So. Ca Area?

I found one club that seems to do get togethers, havent read all the way through it yet, but does anyone here belong to this group? www.bgnra.org If so, what are your impressions of what they are all about?

Seen some posts about intermittent get togethers, and was wondering how often would you say there's something to go to in So. CA area?

Get togethers are few and far between since most So. Cals don't go for one reason or the other. BGNRA trys get togethers now and then. They have their big one in June, there is an all GM show in Van Nuys in July, and in Westminster we've gotten together at Westminster Buick and put the cars under the dealer canopy on Beach Blvd. That happens around November.
