My machinist set it up years ago. If I remember correctly, he drilled and tapped the T/A block's oil galley plugs for the upper bolts. The bottom mounting points may have been relocated. I believe he mocked up the gears with shims to set the clearance and used the assembly to locate the bottom holes. I kind of recall that he may have used a smaller fastener for the one below the idler gear.
