Decrypt my TL data

I've been trying to tweak my car and one of the troubles I've been having is ridiculous gas consumption....like 13-15mpg

I've posted a couple times but I didn't have my scanner working...'till now..

I did some readings with the car in closed loop and cruising:

MPH: 54-55
RPM: 1675-1700
CLT: 163*
INT: 123-135
O2V: frequent peaks in the mid-700s
MAF: 15-17 (LS1 Maf with translator)
BLM: pegged at 145-146
O2X#: fluctuated between 7-25
MATF: 66*
BATT: 13.8vdc
EGR%: 21-27
IAC: 25

Then, several minutes later, I did a 0-WOT(77mph) blast, building about 5psi on the line and then punching it:

from 2600-4000rpm my INT was steady at 128
My O2V varied slightly between 824 (3800rpm) - 882 (4050rpm)
MAF: 241 @ 4100 (peak recorded rpm during run)
BLM pegged from 0-77mph at 147
MATF: 72-68
EGR%: 0
IAC: 61 for entire run
Knock RTD: 0 throughout run

I'm running 42psi static on blue tops with a Testa chip. Fuel filter was recently replaced, oil was just changed yesterday, all vacuum lines have been replaced.

Any analysis, ideas or "stuff"? Thanks.
 
Sounds crazy, but it looks lean. Try to center the BLM's at 128 at cruise. Jim usually includes a set-up sheet with his chips for base FP. At least I can say I got one with mine. What did he recommend as base FP? And he will talk to you about it and help you too. He's a good guy. Shoot him an e-mail.
