I've been beating on in for a while at over 35psi... and still haven't even replaced a head gasket... but a stickler for maintenance.... damb thing gets an oil change every other visit to the track and I only get 4 runs per visit.. so.. an oil change every approx. 3 miles....
 
That's nasty! Sam you still living around South Bend, IN or do I have the wrong guy!?!
 
Around 1000 at the crank and 4 HP per cubic inch! Who built the motor?
 
What are you guys doing to keep the block from splitting between the main bearing bore and the cam bearing bore?
