109 3.8 turbo block in process

Since melting a stock piston in my 109 hot air block I have a new project in process forged Buick Motor Sports forged rods, CP forged pistons, 3.85 bore, 9 to 1 c/r , .020 decked, ported stock heads with larger valves,212/218 roller cam, 1.65 roller rockers, T/A frt cover, t62 turbo (stock location), 60 lb injectors, bored t/b, extrude honed intake, z06 maf w/ cold air, custom headers and up/ down pipes,Lee Thompson tran , 9" Art Carr n/l/u, target date is the Buick Nationals in October,See ya! hot air gnx 548...

Sounds like it should run pretty strong! Hopefully we can get together at the track prior to October.

I had it done years ago. Its a procedure where they force a compound through the passages to make them flow better. The company is named Extrude Hone See ya!
