spare tire wheel space saver

I am hoping someone is in the "lighting phase" of there Buick. I would love to purchase a space saver spare tire and wheel. I really just need the wheel since I can purchase a new tire. Also, does anyone know of another vehicle that would provided the correct offset spare wheel? Thanks,
