    Fastest Hot Air track times?

The pic in the profile is proof I have raced there... hee hee At one point in time I was down there often; but it has been years for me... I still have my GN... it just sits in the garage; it is kind of obvious the local thuggies want to steal it... so I parked it; permanently. I did all of...

    84 to 87

Several of us have done what you wish to attempt to pull off; you are biting a big bite though if you are not adept at electrical efforts. I admit this is an area where I suffer... and the rarest '84 GN in the Nation is sliced up by me. ~smile Don't call it a Hot Rod if you are unwilling to...

    Price for 1984 GN SEATS

I considered at one point in time redoing my seats... then realized I would lose the originality of the time period... it should look like a street car.

    84 grand national info

The Hot-Air cars are not going to be cheap much longer... you will see their prices exceed that of the intercooled cars. Do not repaint that trunk lid... leave all of the Build stickers in place... or make the car worthless.

Another HA intake cut-open and flowed

If you are thinking of using alchy in a Hot-Air car you might want to consider another option instead; Propane. I quit blowing headgaskets with Propane.

    Possible Barn Find

Some of us started out "Hot-air"... some remained such... some of us went intercooled and more... You found a rare car. It isn't so rare that it is going to be a costly car to obtain; it just might be costly to repair, replace, or find limited in availability parts.

    Possible Barn Find

Yes... the '84 Grand National received the Lier package as a demanded option. The rarest option of the GN's was the factory Moon roof; it was pricey as an option. Mine has 96 option codes... the seats are rough but functional; keeping them 'as is' only add's to the race car feel. I...

Re-post: Need help - Just bought an 84 GN

I remember the early days of owning my '84 GN... Thank God for the Casper's Electronics Camshaft sensor tool. You 'learned' to have an extra brand new crankshaft sensor, and camshaft sensor 'ready to go' in their packaging in the spare tire well of the trunk.
