    Ok, i need everyones input on this. What is this sound? It's been an on going delema for me. Car has 5000+ on rebuilt motor,has anti pump up hydrolic lifters, just changed oil and filter 20W-50 Valvoline Racing, tick sound hasnt changed tone or pace since change from 10-40. No knock picks...

    I would buy different set of rims to drill into if you still drive the car on the street. Wish my wheels needed screws :biggrin:

    yea i checked the cam sensor, screwdriver to the ear. im going to try and use a fram filter with magnets, run thinner oil in with a touch of trans fluid, run it, drain it and try again.

    160 thermo with 180 programed chip

    Will this confuse my car at all? Chip is programed to turn the fans on at 180, put a 160 thermo in to help keep knock down.
