I have a TA motor, 270 ci. 220/220 540 lift cam. 16 vane PTC non loc, Champion race intake, TA aluminum heads with 202 valves. 9 to 1 compression. Should I go 4 bolt? and what size?

Putting in new lifters and cam due to timing chain break. I have Weber stroker 109 block with Champion aluminum heads. I am looking for suggestions. I had a 224 weber cam with weber lifters. If there is anything better I should use this time.
My software says the IAC is opening up at cold startup but I am not getting high idle at all. it wants to idle at 1000 rpm. When the engine is above 150 degrees I get high rpm right when it starts, then ramps down to 900 rpm like its supposed to do.
I want to remove the lines from the top of throttle body. Can I drill a hole in back of the intake and run the pcv valve, cruise control, and other vacumn lines to the rear of intake?
I am repainting my gn. I removed the upper trim on the car that holds the window seal..what is the 2 sided foam that was used to hold these thin metal pieces to the car body ?? There are a lot of 2 sided foam listings on eBay, I just don't know which ones will work.
I have a set of Kirbans headers from the 1990's. They are stock appearing. Is there any benefit to upgrading to the ta performance headers? I have a weber stroked 109 block with a 6768 turbo and gn1 heads. Goal is 9.6-9.8 in quarter.
I was thinking of not puting the wheel well moldings back on my GN after the new paint job. The rear wheel well is not a square lip like the front. Has anyone modified the rear quarter to make it look OK without the molding?
